Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience working within a technology or financial services company is highly desirable.
The Sr. HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with leaders across assigned business units to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, providing coaching and counsel to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. They will also participate in the implementation and improvement of cyclical talent programs, support performance management processes, and partner with the Talent Acquisition team on headcount planning and compensation strategies.
