Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience. Critical requirements include direct SQL Server experience, 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, and 3+ years of C# web application development using MVC and ASP.NET. Proficiency in Python, strong knowledge of RDBMS systems, strong diagnostic and debugging skills using observability tooling, and strong SQL knowledge including advanced queries and tuning are also essential. Familiarity with Visual Studio development, SDLC, Agile methodologies, Windows and Unix server administration, DevOps concepts, ETL concepts, build pipelines (GitHub/Azure DevOps), and automated testing is required. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with tools like Ansible or Terraform, advanced SQL Server knowledge, and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). A Master's degree is also preferred. For remote work, a US address and physical presence in the US are mandatory, with recommended internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
The Sr Full Stack Engineer performs software engineering activities across the entire technology stack, including database setup, back-end programming, and front-end development. This role involves building and maintaining internal websites and tools for enterprise data platform teams, taking ownership of the full development cycle from feature deployment in C# to writing SQL for diagnostics and resolving environment misconfigurations, and designing innovative solutions.
