Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and a minimum of four years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar strategic finance role, including experience in investment banking or consulting. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization is required, with a willingness to learn other tools, and experience with SQL is preferred. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence decisions at various organizational levels are essential, along with detail-orientedness, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

The Senior FP&A Analyst will facilitate financial planning and expense forecasting for the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and collaborating with the Accounting team. They will lead sales commission payouts through the CaptivateIQ system, analyze commission attainment and performance, drive reporting and process improvements, and contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans such as a sales capacity model. The role involves partnering with the Marketing team to evaluate campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, as well as conducting ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making across the finance organization.
