  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others who may have differing opinions; listens actively and responds appropriately to questions and concerns; uses tact when dealing with sensitive or controversial situations
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of clinical trial management including site selection, recruitment, enrollment, supply management, medical monitoring, and regulatory reporting; expertise in Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and electronic data capture (EDC); solid understanding of ICH/GCP principles and GLP/GMP regulations
  • Adapts quickly to changes in work requirements; balances competing priorities effectively; maintains positive attitude during challenging circumstances

  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
