Ability to document and troubleshoot issues, escalating them when required
Ability to work independently to maintain essential processes for digital and linear workflows, map procedures, record inputs and outputs, and identify key metrics for evaluating effectiveness and critical customer requirements
Accountability for driving execution and delivery of multiple high-profile projects/accounts with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity; may lead team-wide projects
