Specialized depth and expertise in distribution operations, including all servicing tasks necessary to meet Content Sales business objectives
Expertise in both linear and digital platforms
Strong comprehension of latest business trends
Ability to apply established methods and knowledge of business operations to improve products and services and support less experienced colleagues
Ability to manage distribution deadlines by coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, confirming asset readiness and accuracy, escalating delays, and implementing contingency plans
Ability to analyze internal and/or external business workflows to identify efficiencies and provide recommendations
Ability to document and troubleshoot issues, escalating them when required
Ability to work independently to maintain essential processes for digital and linear workflows, map procedures, record inputs and outputs, and identify key metrics for evaluating effectiveness and critical customer requirements
Accountability for driving execution and delivery of multiple high-profile projects/accounts with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity; may lead team-wide projects
Continuous focus on process improvement opportunities
Ability to communicate difficult and complex delivery status and control requirements to partners and negotiate solutions for content remediation, rejections, or replacements
