Responsibilities

Responsible for the Customs' enterprise-side document preparation and certification process for the Advanced Enterprise Certification System (AEO) and related internal audit processes
Responsible for the communication between Customs and plant regarding the verification of electronic account books for processing trade and other related businesses
Get all documents for import Customs clearance ready by communicating with all related departments
Daily transportation arrangement for both international and domestic sales
Transportation cost analysis and planning
Communication with GEHC global transportation team
Transportation specific requirements coordination
Shipping documents preparation for customers and checking for vendors
Daily warehouse picking/receiving, loading/unloading, goods dispatching and other coordination
Distribution records management and SAP master data maintain
Responsible for distribution of finished products to all markets, ensuring that products are distributed under the requirements of the QMS and GDP
Ensures that the required level of ITC, cGMP, record keeping and discipline are maintained to ensure that plant operations remain in compliance
To meet the EHS expectation for employees of GE Healthcare Shanghai Plant
Responsible for team development and personnel development (PACT)
