Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of Electronic account books management and AEO certification
  • Bachelor or above
  • Fluent in written and oral English

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Customs' enterprise-side document preparation and certification process for the Advanced Enterprise Certification System (AEO) and related internal audit processes
  • Responsible for the communication between Customs and plant regarding the verification of electronic account books for processing trade and other related businesses
  • Get all documents for import Customs clearance ready by communicating with all related departments
  • Daily transportation arrangement for both international and domestic sales
  • Transportation cost analysis and planning
  • Communication with GEHC global transportation team
  • Transportation specific requirements coordination
  • Shipping documents preparation for customers and checking for vendors
  • Daily warehouse picking/receiving, loading/unloading, goods dispatching and other coordination
  • Distribution records management and SAP master data maintain
  • Responsible for distribution of finished products to all markets, ensuring that products are distributed under the requirements of the QMS and GDP
  • Ensures that the required level of ITC, cGMP, record keeping and discipline are maintained to ensure that plant operations remain in compliance
  • To meet the EHS expectation for employees of GE Healthcare Shanghai Plant
  • Responsible for team development and personnel development (PACT)
