Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the industry will also be considered
  • At least 10 years in supply chain management, with increasing levels of responsibility
  • 7+ years of leadership experience and the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels
  • Consistent track record of effectively leading projects and achieving successful outcomes
  • Extensive understanding of supply chain principles, proven strategies, and evolving trends such as capacity planning
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and systems, ASAP a plus
  • Maturing SIOP

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the supply chain function, including planning, logistics, and distribution
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
  • Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs while maintaining high service levels
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure that supply chain activities are in line with the overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and robust supply chain network
  • Apply proven strategies and widely accepted methods to improve supply chain efficiency and stay ahead in the market
  • Lead and nurture a supply chain team that consistently demonstrates strong teamwork and innovative thinking
