Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product management at a technology company, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience leading teams and building internal-facing AI or ML-powered products at scale
  • Deep familiarity with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, copilots, prompt tooling, evaluation frameworks) and a strong desire to stay current in the field
  • Demonstrated ability to define vision and strategy in early-stage product environments—entrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-oriented
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience recruiting, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to align stakeholders and inspire confidence

Responsibilities

  • Set the AI product vision and roadmap: Define and execute on the strategic adoption and development of Generative AI products and solutions with the highest ROI across the enterprise
  • Gather and translate requirements: Partner with stakeholders across functions to understand internal workflows and identify AI-driven opportunities. Educate the business on AI's current capabilities and limitations
  • Lead team building and people development: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of AI product managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Shape the team's structure, capabilities, and long-term growth
  • Drive agile AI execution: Oversee vendor evaluations and buy vs. build decisions. Guide agile development and adoption cycles, enabling the team to move fast, learn, and iterate
  • Measure and optimize impact: Define metrics that demonstrate productivity and efficiency gains. Analyze adoption, usage patterns, and spend to ensure impact and cost-effectiveness
  • Evangelize and influence: Champion the potential of Generative AI across the company, working to drive adoption with positivity while recognizing the challenges of change management
  • Shape governance and best practices: Partner with enterprise AI leadership to establish standards, frameworks, and policies that guide responsible AI deployment internally
