Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with a focus on financial planning, analytics, and driving business results
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing a team with complex analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial forecast and sales financial insights for the entire business, providing clarity to executive leadership on progress towards long-range plan
  • Strengthen analytical capabilities to improve accuracy in forecasting overall company volume, sales performance, and digital initiatives
  • Design analytics to understand key drivers of results leveraging internal and external data
  • Develop and maintain reporting for market share across all operator segments, offering insights to Commercial and Field leaders to drive market share performance
  • Construct key messaging for executive and senior leadership on weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages
  • Drive development of financial plan and strategy for Local and National business as "go-to" partner for EVP of Field operations and EVP of National Sales/Transformation Office
  • Build the Sales Annual Operating Plan with specific measurable goals and assumptions
  • Serve as financial lead for strategic plans around the future of sales force and supply chain network
  • Support sales optimization efforts that enhance profitability of existing distribution network
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Lead a team of two Managers and Sr Analyst
