Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience with a focus on financial planning, analytics, and driving business results
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing a team with complex analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)

Responsibilities

Own commercial forecast and sales financial insights for the entire business, providing clarity to executive leadership on progress towards long-range plan
Strengthen analytical capabilities to improve accuracy in forecasting overall company volume, sales performance, and digital initiatives
Design analytics to understand key drivers of results leveraging internal and external data
Develop and maintain reporting for market share across all operator segments, offering insights to Commercial and Field leaders to drive market share performance
Construct key messaging for executive and senior leadership on weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages
Drive development of financial plan and strategy for Local and National business as "go-to" partner for EVP of Field operations and EVP of National Sales/Transformation Office
Build the Sales Annual Operating Plan with specific measurable goals and assumptions
Serve as financial lead for strategic plans around the future of sales force and supply chain network
Support sales optimization efforts that enhance profitability of existing distribution network
Other duties as assigned by manager
