Requirements

  • Experience in strategic leadership, program and portfolio management within supply chain or related functional areas
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, standards, templates, tools, and processes
  • Expertise in developing key performance metrics for resource capacity, operational/financial performance, and project effectiveness
  • Familiarity with best practices in financial, xFDA, and GxP standards, including policy and procedure development
  • Ability to manage medium to large-scale, multi-location or global integration projects involving business processes and automated systems
  • Strong communication skills for executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional liaison
  • Skills in organizational education, mentoring, and implementing governance processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Supply Chain Program Management Office to organize and govern strategic programs
  • Develop and maintain a globally integrated portfolio management process to drive business value and accelerate program/project execution
  • Implement project management standards, methodologies, templates, tools, and processes
  • Develop standard key performance metrics and dashboards for resource capacity, performance, and project transparency
  • Establish organization-wide education and mentoring practices to build program/project expertise
  • Lead implementation of strategic programs/projects, including business process development, planning, execution, and post-implementation support
  • Recommend enhancements to business processes and define compliant policies/procedures
  • Provide strategic leadership to align with company mission, values, and goals
  • Drive measurable business value through program/project execution across Manufacturing, Production, Materials, Distribution, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and related units
  • Design and implement portfolio governance, monitor programs/projects with measurements and entry criteria
  • Communicate program results to Executive Management and stakeholders
  • Establish relationships with Fresenius entities to leverage systems and minimize costs
  • Act as liaison for programs from concept to post-go-live stabilization
  • Coordinate resources to meet timelines and budgets, implementing recovery actions as needed
  • Determine and implement best business practices
  • Support development of system reports and dashboards
  • Provide technical guidance
