Requirements

The Senior Data Analyst should possess 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2+ years in the gaming industry. Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization, particularly with Tableau, is required, along with experience in A/B testing design and interpretation. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, such as Snowflake, is preferred, and strong product intuition is essential.

Responsibilities

This role involves analyzing billions of rows of gameplay and player behavior data to identify growth and retention opportunities, owning the design and analysis of A/B tests, building automated dashboards in Tableau for daily use by Product and Game teams, driving product development with data-driven insights, partnering with Game Design and Engineering to implement new features, segmenting and modeling user behavior, analyzing the impact of partnerships, and contributing to data modeling and pipeline improvements using dbt and SQLPro. The Senior Data Analyst will proactively prioritize high-impact projects and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
