Responsibilities

Conduct visits to existing peritoneal dialysis (PD) facilities to provide support activities for PD treatment
Collaborate with sales department to support building PD clinical systems for key customers
Provide information to healthcare professionals at PD facilities and deploy Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to improve treatment quality
CQI activities include SDM, fluid management, catheter exit site management, nutrition management, etc., covering all aspects of PD patient care
Conduct educational activities for visiting nurses and caregiving facilities needing education to create a PD-supportive environment
Plan and execute educational seminars tailored to the level of healthcare professionals; follow up with participants post-seminar to support implementation of learnings in facilities
Perform educational activities for medical institutions newly starting PD
Understand product characteristics (e.g., H12 dialyzer) and conduct promotional activities
Promote appropriate use of company products and support safe home treatment
Leverage specialized knowledge for internal education and creation of related materials
Acquire knowledge on company products beyond PD and provide information on kidney-related matters in general
