Candidates must have proven experience as a Sr. Content Marketing Manager, Sr. Writer, or a similar senior role for a mid-size to enterprise cybersecurity company. A minimum of six years of experience writing content, with a focus on companies targeting cybersecurity, is required. A deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, trends, and technologies is essential, along with proficiency in buyer journeys for B2B cybersecurity executives and practitioners. Experience sourcing and working with external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and managing budgets is also necessary. High journalistic standards, strong communication and presentation skills for content ideas, exceptional storytelling abilities, and demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills with a collaborative approach are expected. The ability to push the boundaries of traditional content marketing is also a key requirement.

This role involves illustrating how 1Password has created a new category and demonstrates its leadership, advancing 1Passwordโs journey from a single product to a multi-product platform, and showcasing its value proposition as an enterprise cybersecurity provider. Responsibilities include building relevancy and trust with security buyers, demonstrating that 1Password is a world-class cybersecurity company, and orchestrating storytelling across multiple channels to captivate audiences, spark conversations, and drive meaningful connections. The manager will also help audiences understand and appreciate 1Password's unique human-centric approach and collaborate with a cross-functional team through complex content marketing challenges.
