Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role
Strong hands-on experience with AWS integration services and cloud-native architecture
Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-grade integration solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
(Preferred) Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma)
(Preferred) Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Responsibilities

Define and lead the modernization of integration architecture, moving from legacy platforms to cloud-native solutions
Develop reusable integration patterns and frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture principles
Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Axway, IBM AIP, AWS native services)
Partner with business and IT stakeholders across Corporate, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Digital domains to assess current integration needs and future requirements
Mentor and guide integration architects and engineers across the team
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment and successful implementation
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, Step Functions)
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards
Support migration efforts during TSA exit and platform consolidation initiatives
