Responsibilities

  • Manage areas of the Responsible AI and Privacy Program to ensure compliance with AI and privacy regulatory obligations
  • Develop and build program-level capabilities to meet compliance management framework expectations, including program documentation, control identification, gap analysis against requirements, training and awareness, and monitoring and reporting
  • Lead training and communication activities to increase awareness of privacy expectations within business teams
  • Conduct vendor due diligence for both new and existing vendors who have access to Target’s personal information
  • Identify risks of existing and new business processes, assess data to understand underlying root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Lead projects or work streams within projects to develop, improve, and maintain timely, efficient, compliant, and repeatable Responsible AI and Privacy practices
  • Lead aspects of regulatory change management for fast-emerging laws and technology company rules
  • Identify relevant metrics to develop dashboards and reporting on compliance programs
  • Prepare regular reporting or presentations
