Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software design and application development experience, with at least 3 years focused on back-end web application development. Strong experience is required in developing high-performance and scalable web services using C#, as well as experience with both relational databases (PostgreSQL) and graph databases (Neo4j). Excellent communication and writing skills are essential, and candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States. A desire to embody core company values and the ability to pass a criminal background investigation are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Client Services Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance REST APIs and other web services that meet business requirements and scale effectively. Responsibilities include collaborating with front-end developers and product owners for seamless integration, implementing security best-practices, optimizing database queries and I/O operations for optimal performance, participating in code reviews to maintain quality standards, and identifying and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, system failures, and bugs.
