Requirements
- Ability to perform planning for complex audits, including preparing process flows/narratives, audit scopes, rationales, and utilizing CAATs
- Ability to ensure accurate and complete testing of key controls per standards, including reviewing/approving audit programs, staff assignments, testing, CAATs reports, issues, and conclusions
- Ability to review/prepare draft audit reports based on audit complexity
- Ability to perform continuous monitoring, business surveillance, and assist with special projects
- Ability to develop relationships with clients in the Line of Business (LOB)

Responsibilities
- Direct daily progress of individual audit assignments and provide guidance to assigned Auditors
- Evaluate risk and controls, design audit procedures to ensure controls mitigate losses and meet regulatory requirements, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare process flows/narratives of major processes to identify risks, assess key controls, and develop testing strategies
- Prepare audit scopes and rationales
- Identify opportunities to enhance audits using CAATs
- Review and approve audit programs, staff assignments, testing performed, CAATs reports, potential issues, and conclusions
- Review/prepare draft audit reports
- Perform continuous monitoring, business surveillance, and assist with special projects as assigned by Audit Director/Senior Manager
- Develop relationships with LOB clients
- Respond to executive/senior management requests on critical issues
- Provide consultation on implementation of new systems/products/services/processes and related controls
- Monitor and follow up on client's resolution of high-risk issues
- Discuss audit recommendations/reports with Voya management
