Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis, data quality, quality assurance or quality systems within a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, biotech)
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data lifecycle management, and GxP compliance

Responsibilities

  • Provide Quality Systems support to External Clinical Supply Quality (ECSQ) and other CSQ departments as needed, including coverage during absences and peak workloads
  • Ensure CSQ data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems. Champion data governance guidelines and standards
  • Design and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor data quality and identify actionable trends
  • Continuously coordinate data workflows and pipelines to detect anomalies, prevent disruptions, and ensure seamless data operations
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
  • Partner with IT, business units, and quality teams to align on data standards and promote consistent data governance
  • Refine and document data standards, processes, and controls to improve data reliability and usability
  • Provide data quality documentation and insights to support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
