Requirements

  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, strategy, positioning, key messages, and competitor information

  • Handle inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally, following company procedures
  • Provide complete scientific information on pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of medicines, medical devices, and supplements

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and promote pharmaceutical products to medical practitioners and allied healthcare professionals for a specific account, product, or territory
  • Develop business plans and implement sales activities, including customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, and sales presentations
  • Propose drugs from the pharmaceutical product list to doctors
  • Provide key account and hospital network support, including market access and referral networks
  • Manage and maintain relations with the medical class, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong relationships
  • Regularly update health professionals on the therapeutic indications of the drugs and collect feedback on promoted drugs, reporting unwanted side effects
  • Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts
  • Provide input into the effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting
