Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Essbase or other enterprise financial systems preferred
  • Financial modeling and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a high performing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Track and consolidate financial activity related to revenue, operating expenses, capital investments, and headcount across all Strategic Development initiatives to ensure overall financials are accurate
  • Develop, implement, and enhance financial and operational reporting systems to support business planning and decision-making
  • Help prepare, consolidate, & analyze forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans (LRP) in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including business case evaluations, capital expenditure justifications, and profitability assessments for new programs and investments
  • Serve as a liaison between Strategic Development and various teams including National Accounting, Procurement, & Supply Chain
  • Present analyses and key findings to senior SD and Finance leadership on a regular basis
  • Provides evaluation of process improvement opportunities within current business activities
  • Consistently exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in supporting business and financial objectives with a willingness to tackle challenges & prevent roadblocks
