Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of total relevant work experience
- Able to manage competing priorities and quickly adapt/pivot when needed (Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Gatekeeping and calendar management
- Coordinating catered meetings
- Arranging travel (domestic and/or international)
- Processing expense reports on a monthly basis
- Data gathering and input
- Various ad hoc assignments
- Performs moderately complex and confidential administrative duties requiring considerable skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Exercises moderate level of autonomy in troubleshooting issues as they arise and anticipates the needs of the person they support
- Assists with special projects across multiple teams
- Compiles, reviews, and analyzes more complex data and keeps databases and SharePoint sites up to date
- Coordinates investment meetings, including logistics (reserving meeting site, catering, security notifications), collection and coordination of meeting materials, agenda creation
- May assist in the preparation of correspondences, memoranda, and reports, copying and filing and processing documentation of expenses and vouchers
