Responsibilities

Support execution of early and ongoing operations involvement to ensure new products and technologies are designed for manufacturability and propose alternative manufacturing approaches
Interface with engineering teams on new and sustaining product processes and value engineering improvements
Perform product teardown analysis to drive DfC, cost reduction CIP, and component cost benchmarking
Support CIP activities pertaining to lean manufacturing, cycle time, and process improvements
Assist in developing FMEA risk assessment and proactively manage mitigation and contingency plans
