Responsibilities

  • Support execution of early and ongoing operations involvement to ensure new products and technologies are designed for manufacturability and propose alternative manufacturing approaches
  • Interface with engineering teams on new and sustaining product processes and value engineering improvements
  • Perform product teardown analysis to drive DfC, cost reduction CIP, and component cost benchmarking
  • Support CIP activities pertaining to lean manufacturing, cycle time, and process improvements
  • Assist in developing FMEA risk assessment and proactively manage mitigation and contingency plans
