Responsibilities

Investigating, treating, and supporting clients with complex conditions within long-term care, psychogeriatrics, and somatic care
Supervising the multidisciplinary treatment team
Contributing to the development and implementation of the organization's medical policy
Taking overall responsibility for the content of individual treatment plans
Collaborating closely with involved care teams, therapists, and clients and their families
Working within a team consisting of geriatric specialists (i.o), general practitioners, nursing specialists (i.o), and practice support personnel (i.o)
Participating in research networks (UNO-UMCG) and projects
Collaborating intensively with other healthcare providers, general practitioners, hospitals, the first line, and pharmacies
