Responsibilities

  • Assist with the engagement of Big 4 accounting firms to audit SEI’s CITs
  • Represent the CIT team on recurring calls with auditors and stakeholders
  • Oversee each audit cycle and ensure deliverables and release dates are met
  • Coordinate management representation letters, auditor inquiries, Fin48 memo, going concern memo, and legal letters
  • Assist with fund liquidation audit process
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external fund administrators/accounting providers
  • Help design and institute appropriate policies, procedures, and controls
  • Ensure operational errors are appropriately escalated and remediated
  • Monitor and report on fund accounting provider service levels
  • Support revenue reporting and the implementation of fee changes
  • Facilitate initial and ongoing vendor reviews of fund accounting providers for approval by the Trust Operations Committee
  • Exercise appropriate levels of professional oversight to ensure support/product enhancements fall within appropriate risk mitigation bands
  • Support management with projects and initiatives
  • Strategically assist with the creation of processes or practices to drive business forward
  • Collaborate with team members to support client needs
  • Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions
