Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field with 3.0 GPA or higher
10 years of relevant operational experience supporting syndicated, leveraged and/or private loans
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Experience with ClearPar and Bank Loan Closing strongly preferred
Familiarity with LSTA closing documents preferred
Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment
