Current TIG 141 welding qualifications
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools

Preferably experience in steel structures, machine production, or precision elements

Responsibilities

Performing TIG 141 welding work according to technical documentation and project requirements
Ensuring high quality of welds in accordance with applicable standards and quality control procedures
Monitoring the welding process and reporting defects or deviations from norms
Timely completion of assigned production orders
Complying with occupational health and safety (BHP) regulations and fire protection rules during welding work
Maintaining the workplace in cleanliness and order according to 5S principles
Proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of welding equipment and tools
Performing visual inspections and measurements of weld quality
Collaborating with the quality department to eliminate defects and implement improvements
Reporting improvement proposals in welding processes as part of continuous improvement
Cooperating with other production workers on joint tasks
Reporting work progress and production issues to supervisors
