Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5-years’ experience in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment
Experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture
Familiarity with computer networks and IT security management
Experience developing web-based applications using frameworks or libraries like Angular, React, or Vue
Experience and knowledge of backend services based on Java or any other language
Experience developing scripting or batch processes with different technologies
Experience with HTTP client tools like Postman or Insomnia
Familiarity with cloud-based technology platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
Familiarity with applications based on microservices architectures and containerization tools like Docker
Familiarity and knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB, Redis
Good understanding of business processes
Experience integrating third-party Web or Mobile SDKs (plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
Understanding of support organizations and key indicators that drive supportability
Proficient English, fluent Spanish (big plus)
Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software (ideal)
Proven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross-functional and collaborative way
Confident, easily builds relationships with customers and internal partners
Naturally curious, eager to learn, and proactive in sharing knowledge
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion

Design, implement, and optimize web-based applications

Develop and maintain backend services in Java or other languages
