Responsibilities

Design and implement complex solutions architectures that meet business requirements and drive efficiency
Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions, ensuring compatibility and interoperability
Provide technical leadership and strategy throughout the project lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines
Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
Mentor and train junior architects and engineering teams, promoting best practices in system design and deployment
Work closely with project management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Stay updated on technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend new systems and solutions
Lead and inspire technical teams, guiding solution architects and engineers, mentoring future talent, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive architecture community
Shape technology choices and standards, drive vendor and tooling decisions, set architecture principles and patterns, and ensure solutions align with enterprise models, policies, and compliance requirements
Partner with business and product leaders to translate business outcomes into actionable architecture, influence priorities, and co-create executable plans that deliver value to customers and colleagues
Safeguard and optimise the technology landscape, ensuring security, reliability, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement—while driving innovation and measurable business impact
