Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex solutions architectures that meet business requirements and drive efficiency
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions, ensuring compatibility and interoperability
  • Provide technical leadership and strategy throughout the project lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines
  • Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
  • Mentor and train junior architects and engineering teams, promoting best practices in system design and deployment
  • Work closely with project management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Stay updated on technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend new systems and solutions
  • Lead and inspire technical teams, guiding solution architects and engineers, mentoring future talent, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive architecture community
  • Shape technology choices and standards, drive vendor and tooling decisions, set architecture principles and patterns, and ensure solutions align with enterprise models, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with business and product leaders to translate business outcomes into actionable architecture, influence priorities, and co-create executable plans that deliver value to customers and colleagues
