Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an AI and ML role, where they have built and deployed at least one machine learning model into production, along with 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical delivery role. They should have a strong understanding of the entire model lifecycle, including model development, training, and MLOps/observability, and demonstrate expertise in GenerativeAI, LLMs, and Vector Databases. Strong scripting skills in Python, utilizing libraries such as Pandas, HuggingFace, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SciKit-Learn are also required.
As a Solution Innovation Architect - AI/ML, the individual will design and architect AI/ML solutions utilizing the Snowflake platform, supporting customer workshops and design thinking sessions to define advanced use-cases. They will collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and AI Engineers to understand customer requirements, design, train, and build AI/ML models for customer solutions, and provide technical expertise and enablement on Snowflake's AI/ML suite of features. Furthermore, they will stay current with advancements in AI/ML, provide thought leadership through external content, and actively participate in the optimization of model performance and accuracy, as well as the management of the model lifecycle.
