Responsibilities

  • Prototype working concepts on the ServiceNow Platform to validate ideas with customers in short timeboxed engagements
  • Collaborate with Designers and Architects to turn human insights into functional, elegant solutions
  • Experiment with new capabilities, integrations, and emerging technologies (AI, LLMs, automation) to explore what’s possible with the technology
  • Support workshops and co-creation sessions by developing demo-ready components
  • Present prototypes and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Continuously learn, share, and contribute to evolving Studio methods, tools, and accelerators
