Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between client ambitions and technical reality as a key technical leader
Author core architectural blueprints that serve as the "source of truth" for delivery teams
Partner with Product and Strategy teams during discovery to define the technical path forward
Build trust with senior clients and steward technical vision from initial conversations to final implementation
Act as senior technical forecaster on complex initiatives, identifying and neutralizing architectural risks
Guide projects through critical discovery and build phases across multiple initiatives
Shape how the organization designs and delivers high-stakes digital solutions
Operate within the "One Team" pod structure, scrum/sprint cadences, and SHAPE values
