A valid Driver’s License and clean MVR are required to drive company vehicles. An Apprentice Electrical License is preferred, along with valid OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), residential solar installation experience, and electrical experience strongly recommended.
Key skills include knowledge of local electrical codes, residential PV design and components, basic trades like roofing and carpentry, ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics, make field changes, and test voltages from 10V–1000VDC / 120V–480VAC.
