Background in solar energy or construction
Ability to commute to Ashland, VA (within a 40-minute drive)
Prior experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong background in Mechanical
