Requirements

Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent experience
Proven experience of 5+ years as a team leader, overall experience of 7+ years
Capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Fast and self-learner with outstanding technical skills
Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, HyperV, VMWARE, OpenStack, Kubernetes) (preferred)
Knowledge of networking protocols: InfiniBand, Ethernet (preferred)
Experience in programming (preferred)
Previous experience with Networking deployment based on 1588V2 (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead pioneering technology qualification processes
Design and test NVIDIA large scale setups that mimic Tier 1 customers data centers workloads
Review architecture design and requirements for new features introduced in the Ethernet/InfiniBand switches and network adaptors portfolio
Design and build setup topologies for appropriate product coverage with emphasis on emulation of customer large scale/complex environments
Design, mentor testing automation team, and implement tests for new features as part of NVIDIA data center switches and network adaptors portfolio with software release cycles
Generate comprehensive test reports during release execution procedure
Assist with reproduction and debug of complex customer use cases, determine issue root cause, and serve as engineering point of contact (PIC) for full verification cycles of customer use cases fixes provided by R&D team
Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debug to understand root cause, and verify bug fixes provided by R&D team
Execute end-to-end test scenarios in different scopes: Regression, Performance, Functional, and Scale
Report testing progress and provide summary reports of testing activity
