Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and have at least 6 years of experience working in a test lead capacity within the software development lifecycle, particularly with custom hardware in an Agile Scrum environment. They should have a minimum of 3 years of applied experience in testing within CI/CD processes and 2 years of applied experience with Linux-based software systems. Additionally, qualified candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

The Software Test Engineering Lead will direct the design and development of test procedures and corresponding test environments, including the engineering of novel test apparatus. They will ensure the proper execution of verification tests and report test execution status to engineering and product leadership. The lead will review system requirements, track test metrics, and contribute to test processes and future testing capabilities, while adapting to overcome obstacles as they arise.
