Responsibilities

Drive projects to transform Santander Spain's products and customer relationships
Conceptualization of products, testing, MVP implementation, and measurement of results
Leverage the vision of Global Products for their implementation in Spain
Evaluate best practices and innovative tools to advance Product Transformation
Propose new ideas for global and local projects
Project and personnel management in projects under their responsibility
Communication with Operations teams, Service Level, other domains, and different Global teams
Track ongoing projects, evaluating impact and driving delivery
