Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience working in a software environment at a large scale, ideally managing a small team of engineers. They should have experience working in a native mobile stack, either in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin). Furthermore, candidates are expected to demonstrate knowledge of mobile application development, Agile development, SDLC, and mobile app release processes.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineering Manager, Native, you will lead teams of mobile engineers who support core product areas and critical initiatives, establish strong lines of communication with stakeholders, mentor and develop team members through career management conversations and feedback, drive technical discovery through collaboration, guide the design of software alongside team members, drive high software quality by advocating for investment, and partner with technical leads to drive implementation and innovation. You will also participate in the interview process for future hires and potentially obtain a gaming license if required.
