Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in Go, Java, C++, C#, Python, or Rust (predominantly use Go but no prior experience required)
BEng, MEng, BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues efficiently
Proven track record of building and working with sophisticated backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability
Experience in financial technology, with expertise in crypto and/or traditional finance (strong advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services, with a focus on trading connectivity
Integrate new liquidity providers into the expansive Talos network to enhance the efficiency and value of the Talos platform
Act as a point of contact and own the integration process from requirements gathering to interfacing with external providers' technical teams, building, testing, and deploying to production
Continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the Talos platform
Collaborate with the product team, other engineering teams, support, and clients to develop solutions that support the full trade lifecycle, from inception to execution
Be part of an open and transparent culture as the team grows
