Requirements
- Substantial experience and proven background in building and shipping high quality code with strong CS fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience with contemporary web development frameworks (Angular, React/Redux etc.)
- Experience with cloud systems such as AWS or Azure and an excellent command of Javascript or TypeScript
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with people from different engineering disciplines
- Experience of UNIX shell
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of leading and motivating team members to ensure KPIs are met
- Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a world-class multi-tenant website for storing, editing, and printing 3D designs
- Enable enterprise-class system integrations by creating powerful APIs and beautiful user interfaces
- Work with engineers across the company to build new features at large scale
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
- Mentor junior software engineers
- Plan for the growth of the Company’s infrastructure
- Any other duties as reasonably required
- Line management responsibilities for the local Software Engineer(s)
- Entire features, including decomposition of requirements, hands-on implementation, and cross-team co-ordination
