Position Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious full-stack engineer who is laser-focused on solving customer problems and making the right long-term investments to solve them, not only today but in our future features and products. Ashby provides a unique environment combining the agency and no-nonsense of a seed startup with the product-market fit and scale of a growth-stage startup. Requirements

  • Experience building software for artists in the Visual Effects industry (preferred).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative software solutions.
  • Strong product management and design skills.
  • Ability to research competitors and develop product specifications.
  • Full-stack development experience (details not provided).

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design).
  • Research competitors.
  • Write product specs and create wireframes.
  • Design and build automated interview scheduling.
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy.
