Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
2+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on server-side development
Deep expertise in Python programming, including experience designing and implementing highly optimized and scalable architectures
Proven experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming REST APIs
Strong experience with databases, especially NoSQL databases like MongoDB (Cosmos DB) and/or RDBMS (PostgreSQL)
Working knowledge of containers (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, cloud-based healthcare AI applications using Python
Architect robust, performant, and maintainable system architectures, focusing on cloud application best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into effective solutions
Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring high application availability and efficiency
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge features leveraging the power of AI and machine learning
Participate in code reviews, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices across the team
Write thorough tests and documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability
