Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility post-hire, proficiency in Java development with design and troubleshooting experience, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across Linux and Windows, and background in integrating COTS/FOSS solutions.
The role is part of a scrum team using Agile and DevSecOps practices, with a focus on collaboration, automation, and operational stability, involving daily Agile ceremonies with developers, testers, and mission stakeholders.
Strong candidates will have the required qualifications plus preferred experience in large-scale Java projects, Agile (SAFe), front-end frameworks like Angular, middleware like Oracle WebLogic, databases like Oracle and Postgres, CI/CD tools like Docker and Jenkins, and big data technologies like Kafka or Elasticsearch.
