Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in UI development with React/ReactJS
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins or Docker
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization
- Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, ES6, HTML, React, Webpack or Rspack with module federation, SCSS & Typescript, Kubernetes
- Experience with Mobile APP UI using React Native environment (on Android or iOS devices)
- Experience with project build with CI-CD pipelines through Jenkins
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana
- Proficient in Gen AI, RAG techniques and MCP tools with a strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and automation
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications using React, React.js (with Redux), Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, Jenkins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and code comments
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve software development processes and products
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on software development best practices
- Ensure compliance with company coding standards and guidelines
- Apply a disciplined approach to development, code review, testing, documentation and code structure in a team environment
