Requirements

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow coding, platform, and portal development
  • ServiceNow certification on System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Application Developer

  • Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Design, development, and implementation of advanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • Customize existing modules including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset, etc
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on ServiceNow capabilities and provide meaningful insights to help develop a comprehensive roadmap
  • Provide technical support in platform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and security
  • Participate in governance of ServiceNow development and configuration standards
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum team to deliver value in sprints, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into solutions
