Position Overview

The Practice Engagement team is at the forefront of redefining the clinical experience in dentistry. Our mission is to deliver concierge-level clinical expertise for complex cases and ensure reliable, seamless experiences for all other needs, allowing dentists to concentrate on patient care. We are also developing cutting-edge products and services to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and save dentists valuable time. Our team operates with speed, embraces rapid iteration, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to provide an unmatched service experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop new features and products.
• Take ownership of problems from conception to completion, considering user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
• Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement in team processes, codebases, and best practices.
• Work primarily with the following technologies: Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency with modern web tooling and frameworks, including TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and operate autonomously to deliver significant impact.
• A strong commitment to maintaining high standards for yourself and the team.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
