Responsibilities

Maintain, improve, and add features to a large and mature Java code base
Solve real-world problems with platform changes, extension creation, and automated flows
Produce quality code by writing automated tests and participating in peer code review
Mitigate and document cybersecurity risks
Enhance custom frameworks
Learn about the medical industry as needed
Investigate bug reports from end users and provide software solutions to user-facing teams
Interact directly with user-facing staff to define input requirements
Communicate regularly with the team to coordinate projects, overcome roadblocks, and celebrate successes
Work with manager to personalize growth path
Contribute to GE Healthcare's mission of improving patient care
