For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range is $139,000-$153,000. For all other states, it is $125,000-$138,000. The salary compensation range will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
This is a remote position, with Flex's HQ in New York City but employees located throughout the US, Australia, Canada, and South America.
Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, strong foundational knowledge of Java and OOP principles, solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals, familiarity with relational databases (SQL), experience with version control (Git), ability to communicate clearly, and willingness to learn continuously.
