The Software Engineer I will develop and maintain backend services using Java, Kafka, Postgres, and AWS. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key features, write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning. The role also involves continuously learning and growing within WHOOP’s engineering environment.
