What You'll Do

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and optimize scalable solutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Utilizing a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Understanding the business context and problems holistically, zooming into specific problems to solve them considering the whole picture.
  • Leading projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members around you and fostering a culture of innovation via operational excellence.
  • Building new products and features from conception to launch, starting from an MVP and thinking in increments instead of striving for perfection from day one.
  • Ensuring the adoption of best practices in software development, security and technology infrastructure.
  • Keeping a high quality bar and never compromising.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in full-stack development on a large scale.
  • Technologies: Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks and technologies.
  • Current Tech Stack (Preferred): Typescript, Ruby on Rails, React, NextJS, Vercel, AWS, headless CMS and serverless architecture.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Skills:
    • Growth mindset

    • Biased towards action
    • Excellent analytical skills and a good relationship with data
    • Enjoy working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats as necessary
