Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong proficiency in TypeScript frameworks, experience with Node.js and REST API design, demonstrated skill in mobile and/or web performance optimization, and a strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically. They should also have strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be excited to work in the NYC office 3+ days a week.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will build and enhance features for Siro’s direct consumers, creating intuitive user experiences for the AI-powered sales platform, own the end-to-end development of key features, craft intuitive, performant user interfaces, drive technical excellence through code reviews and documentation, partner closely with product and design teams, help evolve development practices and tooling for scaling, and own the health of the systems and products, making data-driven decisions. They will also contribute to the evolution of the tech stack and collaborate with an experienced CEO and top-tier team.
